		THE SPEND MANAGEMENT ARENA In the Spend Management Arena you will see world-class procurement practices come to life in front of your eyes. Our Solution Strategists will use the Ariba software to highlight the value of Spend Management referenced by the customers in the plenary session. Participation involves the opportunity to see the types of dashboard used to manage contract life cycles, sourcing opportunities and contract compliance. You will also have the opportunity to see the sourcing capabilities that are used by Commerzbank to manage significant spend. We will then demonstrate how the compliance and reconciliation against contracts to invoice is processed as discussed in the main session. The solutions showcased in the arena will cover the full Spend Management process: from Visibility through Sourcing to Compliance.

In addition to the plenary session a Spend Management Strategy Workshop will be hosted starting at 15.00. This facilitated workshop is designed to help procurement executives build a framework for change management within their organisation.
